System：PVC Schedule 40 Pressure Pipe and Fitting System
PVC Schedule 40 is highly durable, with high tensile and impact strength.
Scope：Never test with or transport/store compressed air or gas in PVC pipe or fittings. Doing so can result in explosive failures and cause severe injury or death.
Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) is one of the most broadly used thermoplastic materials, common to many industries.
Specification：Pipe and fittings shall be manufactured from virgin rigid PVC (polyvinyl chloride) vinyl compounds with a cell class of 12454 as identified in ASTM D 1784.
PVC Schedule 40 pipe shall be Iron Pipe Size (IPS) conforming to ASTM D 1785. Injection molded PVC Schedule 40 fittings shall conform to ASTM D 2466. Pipe and fittings shall be manufactured as a system and be the product of one manufacturer.

Main Products：
1. PVC pipe fittings can withstand general acidic, alkaline, and salt solutions, but will be corroded by aromatic hydrocarbons, hydrocarbons, ketones, esters and other chemical substances (such substances cannot be transported).
2. When the temperature does not exceed 60°C, PVC pipe fittings can be used to transport fully concentrated hydrochloric acid.
3. Concentrated sulfuric acid not exceeding 90% can be transported with PVC pipe fittings at 60°C, but the transportation temperature of sulfuric acid with a concentration of 90-95% shall not exceed 50°C.
4. Cold nitric acid with a concentration of 50% can be transported, but hot nitric acid will corrode the pipeline.
5. PVC pipe fittings can transport fully concentrated alkali metals below 60°C.
6. Dry chlorine gas can be transported at room temperature, but if the temperature rises or the chlorine gas becomes wet, the pipeline will be corroded.
7. Under normal conditions, PVC pipe fittings can transport oxidants, except under strong oxidizing conditions.
8. Completely concentrated hydrogen peroxide or concentrated solutions under oxidizing conditions can be transported. Oxidized brine concentrates such as potassium permanganate only corrode the surface of the pipe. PVC pipe fittings can transport reagents at temperatures below 60°C.
9. PVC pipe fittings can transport organic liquids and vapors because PVC pipe fittings can resist oil and prevent corrosion and damage to the pipeline.
