ERA Mechanical Compression Fitting is a fitting that connect piping elements which require physical force to develop a seal or
produce alignment. There are several materials of compression fittings, such as: Steel, Brass, Plastic. The most plastic material
used is PP, there are also PE or PVC compression fittings.
PP compression fittings are widely used in water supply and irrigation. ERA mechanical fittings are made by high quality PP
material with UV protection, both material and fittings are approved use with drinking water. The threaded version is BSP.
PP plastic plate is a kind of semi-crystalline material. It is harder than PE and has a higher melting point. Because homopolymer PP is very brittle when the temperature is above 0℃, many commercial PP materials are random copolymers with 1~4% ethylene or clip-on copolymers with higher ratio of ethylene content. Copolymer PP material has lower thermal distortion temperature (100℃), low transparency, low gloss, low rigidity, but has stronger impact strength. PP plastic plate features with light weight, uniform thickness, smooth surface, good heat resistance, high mechanical strength, excellent chemical stability and electrical, non-toxic characteristics.
PP plastic plate application range of acid and alkali resistance equipment, environmental protection equipment, waste water, waste gas discharge equipment, washing tower, clean room, semiconductor plant and related industrial equipment, is also the manufacturing of plastic water tank selection material, PP thick plate is widely used in punching plate, punching plate and so on.
