The following methods can effectively bond PP：
Method 1: Use flexible glue with high solid content, as shown in the figure, to seal more firmly. And it should be able to adapt to the requirements of wet or waterproof environment. This glue generally has a certain flexibility, has good adhesion to the PP surface, and can be waterproof, sealed, and resistant to chemical corrosion.
Method 2: Use a modified acrylic structural adhesive. Of course, ordinary acrylic structural adhesives cannot bond PP. There is a special structural adhesive that can attract each other with PP molecules, and has low odor and no solvent.
How to use PVC glue:
1. The surface needs to be cleaned before use to achieve better results. Generally, acetone can be used to scrub the surface.
2. Apply the glue to the surface of the product that needs to be glued after cleaning. After applying the glue, it can generally be left to dry for about 5-15 minutes. Then press it tightly and wait for 4-6 hours before it will have a certain strength. One day You can basically reach the highest intensity in about 10 seconds.
3. If you want to achieve ultra-high strength, you can choose to apply glue on both sides during operation, and let both sides dry for 5 to 15 minutes before pressing.
PVC glue precautions:
PVC glue is a flammable item. When storing it, it should be placed in a cool and ventilated place. Storage and transportation must follow the rules for flammable items. Special attention should be paid to ventilation and to preventing close contact with open flames during use. Keep it covered at all times after use to prevent solvent evaporation.
