Polyvinyl chloride is also a commonly used plastic, which is a resin composed of polyvinyl chloride resin, plasticizer, and antioxidant, and is not inherently non-toxic. The plasticizers used in daily PVC plastics mainly include dibutyl terephthalate, dioctyl phthalate, etc. These chemicals are all toxic, and the antioxidant lead stearate of PVC is also toxic. Lead can precipitate from polyvinyl chloride (PVC) products containing lead salt antioxidants in contact with ethanol, ether, and other solvents. PVC containing lead salt is used as food packaging. When it meets deep-fried dough sticks, fried cakes, fried fish, cooked meat products, cakes and Dim sum, the lead molecules will diffuse into the oil. Therefore, PVC plastic bags cannot be used to contain food, especially oily food. In addition, PVC plastic products will slowly decompose into hydrogen chloride gas at high temperatures, such as around 50 ℃, which is harmful to human health. Therefore, PVC products should not be used as food packaging.
PVC pipe construction technology
1. Pipe processing: After the length of the pipe is determined, it can be cut manually with a hacksaw or with a circular saw blade or sawing machine. The incisions at both ends should be kept flat, and the burrs should be removed with butterfly tape and chamfered. The chamfer should not be too large.
2. Bonding of pipes and fittings: Trial assembly must be carried out before bonding. Clean about 50mm of the outer surface of the pipe end of the inserted pipe and the inner wall of the pipe fitting socket, then scrub once with cotton gauze coated with acetone, and then clean the two bonding surfaces. Use a brush to apply an even layer of adhesive without missing a layer. After coating, rotate to the ideal combination angle, insert the pipe into the socket of the pipe fitting, and tap it with a mallet so that all the pipes are inserted into the socket. Do not disassemble or change direction within two minutes. Wipe off the extruded joints in time. Glue to keep pipes clean.

b. When installing the tee, pay attention to the direction along the water, so that the slope will naturally form when installing the horizontal pipe. c. If the height of each layer of the riser is less than 3m, consider installing a pipe hoop. The horizontal pipe is equipped with an elevator every 0.6m.
d. When the straight-line distance between horizontal pipes and drainage pipes is greater than the requirements in Table 4, inspection ports or cleaning ports should be provided.
