The advantages and characteristics of cpvc tube

1. The tensile strength, bending strength, bending modulus and bearing capacity of chlorinated PVC pipe are higher than that of polyethylene pipe, PVC pipe and polypropylene pipe.

What are the characteristics of CPVC pipes?
1.Wide operating temperature range, high temperature resistance
2.Sturdy
CPVC is stronger than PP-R, PB and PEX, so it requires fewer brackets. CPVC can withstand greater pressure. Under the same pressure, a smaller pipe diameter can be used to achieve greater water flow.
CPVC has a high pressure-bearing capacity, which allows users to choose small-diameter CPVC pipes under the same flow rate requirements.
3.Higher stiffness
It will not deform during use and can maintain the horizontality and verticality of the pipe during installation and use.

Compared with other plastic pipes, the thermal expansion coefficient of CPVC pipes is smaller, about 1/2 of pipes such as PP-R, PB and PEX.

After multiple tests, it has been verified that CPVC pipes are not easy to breed bacteria. The bacterial growth rate is 1/60 of PEX pipes, 1/10 of copper pipes, and 1/4 of steel pipes. The number of Legionella bacteria in water samples was 1/13 of that of PEX pipes and 1/17 of that of PP-R pipes.
