CPVC is a new type of engineering plastics. The chemical stability is increased, and the heat resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance, salt resistance, oxidant resistance, etc. of the material are improved. The maximum operating temperature can reach 110 ℃, and the long-term operating temperature is 95 ℃.
1. High temperature resistance - Vicat softening point is 30-40 ℃ higher than PVC, which can be used in cold and hot water systems
2. Compressive strength - the wall thickness of pipes under the same pressure can be thinner than PVC.
3. Corrosion resistance - It enhances the corrosion of such fluids as acid, alkali, salt and oxidant.
4. Good thermal insulation performance - extremely low thermal conductivity

CPVC DIN PIPES AND FITTINGS

Specification：CPVC pipe and fittings shall conform to DIN 8079. Pipe and fittings shall be manufactured to the nominal dimension cited in the applicable ASTM standard, and shall be made by one manufacturer. Fittings shall be injection molded.
