PVC-C power pipes are made of PVC-C resin with excellent heat resistance and insulation properties as the main material. PVC-C products are currently recognized as green and environmentally friendly products, and their excellent physical and chemical properties are increasingly valued by the industry.
PVC-C electric power pipe is a hard straight solid wall pipe with smooth inner and outer walls and an orange-red color, which is bright and eye-catching.
2. Heat resistance
The heat resistance temperature of PVC-C power pipe is 15°C higher than that of ordinary UPVC double-wall corrugated pipe. It can maintain no deformation in an environment below 105°C and has sufficient strength.
3. Insulation performance
PVC-C power pipe can withstand high voltages of more than 30,000 volts.
4. Compression resistance
PVC-C power pipe has been modified with materials, and the ring stiffness of the product reaches 1Okpa, which is significantly higher than the regulations of the relevant national departments for buried plastic pipes, whose ring stiffness should be above 8kpa.
5. High impact strength
PVC-C power pipe can withstand the impact of a 1kg weight and a height of 2m at a temperature of 0°C, which fully reflects the low-temperature impact performance of the material and is fully applicable to the requirements of construction environmental conditions.
6. Flame retardant performance
Both PVC and PVC-C materials have good flame retardant properties and can be extinguished immediately after leaving the fire. Especially PVC-C material, because its chlorine content is significantly higher than PVC, the flame retardancy and smoke density index are significantly improved.
7. Installation performance
PVC-C power pipe is light in weight, high in strength, and has a simple construction and laying method. It can be excavated and buried at night, backfilled on the road surface, and can be opened to traffic during the day. It adopts elastic sealing rubber ring socket connection, which is easy and fast to install and connect, and has good connection sealing performance. It is good and can prevent the leakage of groundwater and effectively protect the safety of power cables.
