Scope：PPR pipes and fittings are suitable for hot and cold water transfer in buildings, underfloor and central heating systems. They can also be used for air ducts in industry and agriculture.
We produce PPR Pipes in 3 Pressure rating i.e. PN 10, PN 16, PN 20 and size from 16mm to 160mm and standard length is 4 mtr. However, length can be customized on volume requirements.

Inspection

The national standards stipulate several important test requirements data, such as the aging resistance test of pipes (which is maintained for 8760 hours without failure under a ring stress of 1.9MPa and a test temperature of 110 ℃), the stability test of pipeline systems (5000 cold and hot cycles), and impact resistance test. Therefore, users can request manufacturers or merchants to provide the above test reports for verification when selecting. Additionally, it should be noted that the national standard also has an important requirement for the raw materials used in pipes and fittings, which is the melt index. The national standard requires that the change in melt index before and after processing should not exceed 30%, and there is also a requirement in the industry that the melt index of raw materials should not exceed 0.5g/10min.
