PPR pipes and fittings are suitable for hot and cold water transfer in buildings, underfloor and central heating systems. They can also be used for air ducts in industry and agriculture.

We produce PPR Pipes in 3 Pressure rating i.e. PN 10, PN 16, PN 20 and size from 16mm to 160mm and standard length is 4 mtr. However, length can be customized on volume requirements.

1. Hygiene: no chemical effect, it is a green building material. PP-R raw material is polyolefin, its molecules are only composed of carbon and hydrogen elements, and its hygienic performance is reliable.
2. Installation is convenient and reliable: using hot-melt connection, a joint connection can be completed in a short time, making installation convenient and time-saving.
3. Insulation and energy saving: The thermal conductivity is 0.24W/m·k, which is only one-twentieth that of metal pipes. It is used in hot water pipes with very little heat loss.
4. Light weight and high specific strength: The specific gravity is about one of eight of steel pipes. It has high strength in pressure test, good toughness and good impact resistance.
5. The inner and outer walls of the product are smooth, the resistance to water flow is small, and the energy consumption of the fluid delivery system is low.
6. Strong heat resistance: the working temperature for conveying running water is 70℃ for long-term use, and the high temperature resistance can reach 95℃ for short-term use.
7. Corrosion-resistant and non-scaling: It can avoid scaling and clogging of pipes and yellow spots and rust in basins and bathtubs.
8. Long service life: the service life can be more than 50 years if used properly.
