Specification：
PPR pipe is corrosion resistant and abrasion resistant material in mining applications.

These PPR systems have a high temperature and pressure resistance and are suitable for drinking water.

PPR pipe has a smooth inner surface, thus not letting any calcification to happen inside the pipe.

PPR is very economically placed in comparison to most of the alternative piping system.

PPR is short for Polypropylene-Random. Commonly known as type III polypropylene. PPR pipe is UPVC water supply pipe, aluminum-plastic pipe, PE pipe, PE-X pipe, PE-RT pipe replacement products. Because it uses random copolymerization technology, the strength of polypropylene, high temperature resistance is well guaranteed, thus becoming the main force of water pipe materials.

PP R pipes mixed with recycled plastic and other impurities in the raw materials will emit black smoke and a pungent odor. After combustion, good materials not only do not emit black smoke and odorless, but the molten liquid remains very clean. (Also, you can"pull"to see its"length")

In addition to the characteristics of general plastic pipes such as light weight, corrosion resistance, no scaling, and long service life, PP-R pipes also have the following main features:
1. Non-toxic and hygienic. The raw material molecules of PP-R only have carbon and hydrogen elements, and there are no harmful and toxic elements. It is hygienic and reliable. It can be used not only for hot and cold water pipes, but also for pure drinking water systems.
2. Insulation and energy saving. The thermal conductivity of PP-R pipe is 0.21w/mk, which is only 1/200 of that of steel pipe.
3. Better heat resistance. The Vicat softening point of PP-R pipe is 131.5℃. The working temperature can reach 95℃, which can meet the requirements of hot water system in building water supply and drainage regulations.
4. Long service life. Under the conditions of working temperature of 70℃ and working pressure (P.N) of 1.0MPa, the service life of PP-R pipe can reach more than 50 years (provided that the pipe material must be S3.2 and S2.5 series or above); at normal temperature (20℃) The service life can reach more than 100 years.
5. Easy to install and reliable connection. PP-R has good welding performance. Pipes and pipe fittings can be connected by hot melt and electrofusion. It is easy to install and the joints are reliable. The strength of the connection part is greater than the strength of the pipe itself.
6. Materials can be recycled. PP-R waste is cleaned and crushed and recycled for use in the production of pipes and pipe fittings. The amount of recycled materials does not exceed 10% of the total amount and does not affect product quality.
