Characteristics of polypropylene (PP)

Polypropylene resin is the lowest density of general plastics, has good mechanical properties, rigidity, wear resistance, hardness is relatively high; Good heat resistance, poor cold resistance; No water absorption, good chemical stability, but not sunlight, poor thermal stability; Flammable, burning when the smell of oil out; Good electrical insulation, voltage resistance, transparent film, poor permeability to air and water vapor; It is good for forming film, silk and other products, but poor dyeing, printing and adhesion.

Polypropylene (PP) for use in plastic products

First, film. Mainly used for all kinds of food, industrial products, daily necessities and electrical components packaging.

What is PP tube

Disadvantages of PP pipes
Although PP pipes have many advantages, we cannot ignore their drawbacks. This disadvantage is reflected in its high temperature and pressure resistance performance. If operated for a long time, the working temperature cannot exceed 70 degrees. Moreover, during construction, it is best not to bend. If there are too many corners, it may lead to water leakage problems.
