2.Trenchless Installation

For trenchless installation, a horizontal directional machine bores a continuous hole beneath the ground. When the drilling head reaches the end of the bore, the pipe is attached and pulled back through the hole.

Characteristics:
High density polyethylene has good heat and cold resistance, good chemical stability, high rigidity and toughness, and good mechanical strength. Good wear resistance, electrical insulation, toughness and cold resistance, but slightly worse than low density insulation; Good chemical stability, at room temperature, insoluble in any organic solvent, acid, alkali and all kinds of salt corrosion resistance; Thin film to water vapor and air permeability is small, low water absorption; The aging resistance is poor, the environmental cracking resistance is not as good as low density polyethylene, especially the thermal oxidation will reduce its performance, so the resin needs to add antioxidants and ultraviolet absorbent to improve the deficiency in this respect.
