Advantages of high density polyethylene HDPE

1) HDPE is a non-polar thermoplastic resin with high crystallinity generated by ethylene copolymerization. The appearance of the original HDPE is milky white, a certain degree of translucency in thin section.

2) It has excellent resistance to most domestic and industrial chemicals, and its hardness, tensile strength and creep property are better than low-density polyethylene; Good wear resistance, electrical insulation, toughness and cold resistance.

3) Good chemical stability, at room temperature, insoluble in any organic solvent, resistant to acid, alkali and all kinds of salt corrosion, it can resist strong oxidant (concentrated nitric acid), acid and alkali salts and organic solvents (carbon tetrachloride) corrosion and dissolution.

4) Film permeability to water vapor and air is small, low water absorption, the polymer is not hygroscopic and has good steam waterproof, can be used for moisture and seepage.
