On December 26, the commissioning ceremony of the Taizhou Luqiao Airport renovation and expansion project was held

grandly, marking that Taizhou Luqiao Airport, as the first county-level civil aviation airport in the country at that time, has

smoothly transferred and set sail after 37 years of stable operation. Made in Taizhou, used in Taizhou, Gongyuan, as a

local brand born and rooted in Taizhou, has become the core supplier of pipelines for this renovation and expansion

project, contributing Taizhou's smart manufacturing power to the construction of Taizhou's new transportation landmark

and important urban infrastructure.

The project was launched in December 2019 with a total investment of about 3.588 billion yuan. A new parallel taxiway

with a length of 2,500 meters and a width of 44 meters was built; a new terminal building with an area of 35,000

square meters is nearly 5 times the area of the original terminal building. It is the first large-span hyperbolic lattice

shell steel structure project in the country; 16 new parking spaces and supporting functional facilities such as air

traffic control buildings and towers have been added, and the number of aprons has doubled.

The new airport is expected to handle 2.5 million passengers per year, and can actually meet the needs of 4 million

passengers. The annual cargo and mail throughput will be 25,000 tons. With the official operation of the project, the

military and civil aviation will be separated and operated independently on the east and west sides, greatly improving

the airport's operating efficiency. At the same time, Taizhou will also open its arms to welcome guests from all corners

of the world, and let them feel the unique charm of a city of mountains, seas, and waters, a holy land of harmony,

and a manufacturing capital.

As a landmark project in Taizhou, local smart manufacturing is everywhere. Gongyuan provides all-round and

full-range product and service support for the airport renovation and expansion project. It is a model project for

Gongyuan to assist the construction of major transportation hub projects. It is not only reflected in the full coverage

of the pipe network system, but also the successful application of multiple new products and new technologies.

high-performance drainage pipes are used in them, and the new manufacturing strength escorts the new window portal.
