Design and installation of underfloor heating pipes

1. Connection of inlet and outlet: The inlet and outlet of each loop heating pipe should be connected to the water distributor and collector respectively. Each water distributor and collector branch loop should not have more than 8 channels.
2. Install corresponding valves: Install the inlet main valve, filter, and exhaust valve along the water flow direction on the water supply connection pipeline before the water distributor, and install the exhaust valve at the tail end of the water collector for flushing and discharging the pipeline before acceptance and during maintenance in the future. The laying spacing of the floor heating pipe needs to be adjusted accordingly according to the size of the heat load, close to the outer wall.
