ERA uses an X-ray detector to analyze the internal structure of the transmitted PE material through X-ray images, in order to determine product quality. The purpose of the experiment is to ensure the welding quality of the product. Through X-ray detection technology, possible defects such as cracks and inclusions in the welded joints can be detected, thereby ensuring the safety and reliability of the product.#ERA #PE #EFFITTINGS #ELECTROFUSION #HDPE #X-ray inspection
Select the PE electrofusion fitting to be inspected, ensuring that its appearance is free from obvious damage or defects. Clean the surface of the fittings to avoid dust or debris affecting X-ray transparency. Place the PE electrofusion product to be tested on the testing platform of the X-ray machine to ensure that the product is stable. Set up the testing platform of the X-ray machine to enter the X-ray protection cabin Adjust the distance and angle between the X-ray machine and the fitting according to its size and shape. Start the X-ray machine, adjust the energy and exposure time of the X-rays to obtain clear images. The captured images are transmitted to the image processing system through X-ray detectors or digital imaging devices. Use image processing software to enlarge and adjust the contrast of images to help identify potential defects. Check for defects such as porosity, cracks, and off-center in accordance with the standards for PE electric melting fittings. Evaluate the quality of the fittings based on the X-ray examination results. |
