Installation of PVC plastic sink
1. When installing PVC plastic water tanks, the bottom support frame must be made of steel and filled with sufficient force. The bottom frame must be in a straight line and there is a support point within 15-18 meters of each partition. The two sides of the plastic sink must be protected by an iron frame. 2. Both ends of the connection part or connection port of the PVC plastic sink should be supported by support brackets. 3. It is not allowed to open holes for drainage at any part of the sink without authorization, as this will affect the service life of the PVC plastic sink. Special drainage accessories and water pipes must be connected to the sewer. 4. Adequate drainage outlets must be provided, and it is recommended to set up drainage outlets every 6 meters. 5. The external temperature changes greatly. To prevent thermal expansion and contraction, it is recommended that the installation of the entire PVC plastic water tank should not exceed 18 meters. If it must exceed this limit, segmented installation and drainage must be carried out.
