The correct installation method for PVC drainage pipes:

(4) Before bonding, the socket should be inserted for testing first, and not all should be inserted. Generally, it is 3/4 of the depth of the socket. After the test is qualified, use a cotton cloth to wipe off the moisture and dust in the area where the socket needs to be bonded. If there is oil stains, acetone should be used to remove them, Use a brush to apply the adhesive, first apply the socket, then apply the socket, and then insert vertically with force. When inserting the adhesive, rotate the socket slightly to ensure even distribution of the adhesive. It will take about 30-60 minutes for the adhesive to stick firmly
(5) When installing plastic drainage pipes, lead wire can be used for temporary suspension and pre installation. The coordinates, position, pipeline elevation, and slope of the swing mouth can be adjusted to meet the design requirements for bonding, and the coordinate position and elevation slope of the swing mouth can be corrected in a timely manner. After the bonding is cured, fixed support components should be installed but not clamped too tightly. When using metal supports, rubber gaskets must be placed at the contact with the outer diameter of the pipe.
