1. The inner and outer walls of the casing are smooth and the friction coefficient is small. It can reduce the resistance of wires and cables in the pipeline.
2. High compression resistance, it can be installed in the concrete in the open or concealed way, and will not be damaged under pressure. Medium and heavy pipe series are suitable for concealed laying in the concrete.
3. The casing has good impact resistance and heat resistance. During concrete pouring, the casing can withstand normal tamping impact without cracking, and will not soften and deform under the effect of concrete setting.
4. The casing has good moisture resistance, acid and alkali resistance, will not rust, and is acid, alkali and oil resistant. All joints shall be bonded with PVC adhesive according to the regulations, which can prevent water from seeping into the pipe and has better moisture-proof effect. Fusion Joints

HDPE piping systems can be joined with heat fusion welds. Heat fusion involves the heating of two HDPE surfaces then bringing them together to form a permanent, monolithic, leak-free system.

Unlike the fusion process developed for other plastics pipes, the fusion process for HDPE is proven and has been used by the natural gas industry for over 40 years. Approximately 95% of all gas distribution piping in  the United States is polyethylene pipe joined by heat fusion.

Fusing HDPE pipe is not difficult and personnel can be trained in the process.

Adaptability

In addition to joining HDPE with heat fusion, HDPE pipe can also be joined with Stab or Mechanical Fittings.
