As salmon moves from high-end market to daily consumption, its farming demands larger scale, higher stability and more complex system design. Under this situation, The Salmon Recirculating Aquaculture System (RAS) emerges as required.
Someone argue that the challenge of this system is "feeding".Actually, the key is salmon must continously move between different farming tanks at various growth stages. The movement of fish must be completed through pipeline systems.However, rough pipes easily injure fish scales and cause infections, which undermines the stability of the entire farming tank.
Well, our PE fittings, such as 2.5D elbows, feature gentle bends to reduce water impact and minimize friction between fish and pipe walls. Currently, we are one of the very few manufacturers in China capable of supplying this type of pipe fitting.
In this salmon project, we have provided over 700 customized pipe and fittins products from 20mm to 900mm. They include HDPE pipes & fittings, welded fittings, customized fittings,valves, saddle tees, electrofusion sleeves and so on.
Meanwhile, special container loading methods are applied to ensure transportation safety of for oversized products.
