"Tea" Event InheritingMillennium Tea Rhyme
The Hangzhou Tea Expo Conference and Exhibition Center, as a major project of the province and a key project of the city, is located in the core area of Longwu Tea Town, Xihu District, Hangzhou. It is designed by the China Academy of Fine Arts Landscape Architecture Design and Research Institute with a land area of nearly 200000 square meters.
After completion, the project will serve as the permanent venue for the China International Tea Expo, undertaking the functions of tea industry exhibitions and conferences
The Hangzhou Tea Expo Conference and Exhibition Center project will also fully utilize the ecological advantages of the integration of mountains and waters in Longwu Tea Town, hold various immersive characteristic exhibitions and diversified sports events, and become a comprehensive platform integrating international tea industry exhibitions, business negotiations, cultural experiences, and scientific research and innovation. At the same time, it radiates and drives nearby projects such as Club Med Mediterranean Club, Rabbit Mountain Park, Bailongtan Scenic Area, and various characteristic villages, forming an international tea tourism section with conference exhibitions and outdoor leisure as the theme.
The construction of this project is not only a project to enhance the city's image, but also an important engine to promote the coordinated development of regional economy and culture. Hangzhou is located in the Qiantang River Basin, with a high groundwater level. Traditional pipes are susceptible to corrosion and leakage caused by chemical substances in groundwater and soil, directly threatening the ecological environment of surrounding primary tea gardens
ERA HDPE drainage pipes are made of high-density polyethylene as raw material, and are formed through a one-time hot melt molding process to prevent the release of harmful substances from the source, building an ecological "protective shield" for tea gardens, and long-term use without polluting soil and groundwater.

As a large cluster of public buildings, the convention and exhibition center needs to cope with the continuous drainage pressure caused by high-density pedestrian flow and the instantaneous impact of short-term heavy rainfall during the flood season.
