Sunshine Growth | The Xiangguang Project Xinyu Training Camp of Gongyuan Co., Ltd. was successfully completed

From March 17 to 21, Gongyuan Co., Ltd. and Taizhou University jointly carried out the Xiangguang

Project Xinyu Training Camp, tailoring a five-day immersive training activity for 81 junior students

majoring in international trade of the school. Through the three-dimensional teaching mode of

"theoretical teaching + simulation sandbox + enterprise practice", the students' core capabilities

such as international market research and judgment, foreign trade document operation and

cross-border negotiation are systematically improved. The activity specially set up a corporate

mentor guidance session, relying on the real case of Gongyuan Co., Ltd.'s overseas business to

carry out full-process drills, helping students to achieve a leap from classroom cognition to

industrial practice.

Accurate empowerment, full of dry goods

The training focuses on four modules: public course training, theme sharing, sales experience

sharing and Canton Fair simulation.

The students have successively studied "From Campus to Workplace", "How to Do Sales", "Gongyuan

Internationalization Strategy", "Market Research", "Business Negotiation" and other contents. After

class, everyone said that these courses provided practical philosophy and business thinking, and gave

them a deep understanding of the actual operation of international trade, laying a solid foundation for

future career development.

In the sales experience sharing, Hu Gonghao, Xiang Xinwei and Huang Li told the growth stories in

Gongyuan from the perspectives of new salesmen, regional managers and sales champions, respectively.

The students deeply experienced the real process of workplace struggle.

Combining learning with practice to stimulate vitality

As the "highlight" of the practical training, the Canton Fair simulation, from market research, booth design

to customer negotiation, fully restores the real trade scene. The students handed in a brilliant "practical

answer sheet" with fluent foreign languages, professional expressions and flexible adaptability.

Graduation ceremony, fruitful results

On the afternoon of March 21, the graduation ceremony of this training camp was successfully held. The

sixth, fifth and seventh groups won the top three respectively; Yao Sujia, Fu Ziyi and Shimin were rated

as "learning model" for their outstanding classroom performance.

Weng Yelong, deputy general manager of Zhejiang Gongyuan, delivered an inspiring speech. He deeply

analyzed the key position of the foreign trade industry in the current global economic chess game, and

encouraged the students present to focus on the foreign trade field, work hard, and aspire to grow into

a leader in the industry. At the same time, Weng Yelong combined his own and his colleagues' real

experiences to illustrate the key role of personal ability in career development, and encouraged the

students to uphold the concept of lifelong learning in their future studies and work, bravely pursue

their dreams, and create their own glory in their careers.
