Zhang Jianjun
Founder of ERA Group
As the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the China Plastics Group, which has been deeply involved in various
fields such as plastic pipelines, in recent years, he has deeply felt the positive impact of national policies and has
many insights and expectations for future development in the complex situation. In terms of financial support, the
macroeconomic countercyclical adjustment policy has achieved significant results. By reducing reserve requirement
ratios and interest rates, actively extending bank credit, and lowering financing costs, our group has been able to
invest more funds in research and development innovation and capacity upgrading in the "1+8+N" industrial sector,
and continue to promote the construction of smart factories, laying a solid foundation for long-term development.
The policy of expanding domestic demand is a strong "east wind", with consumer subsidies and infrastructure
investment returning. With complete product specifications, we are expected to further consolidate our leading
position in industry production and sales. The measures to assist enterprises have also made us feel at ease, such
as tax and fee incentives, policies to stabilize employment, and the expansion of the scope of non repayable loans,
which have stabilized the operation of enterprises. However, as a private enterprise, we also have some expectations.
In terms of project approval, we hope to streamline and integrate complex third-party evaluations, improve approval
efficiency, and break down the barrier of "fear of responsibility"; In the bidding process, it is expected to set reasonable
thresholds and provide fair competition opportunities; When implementing policies, we hope to have more humane
considerations, reserve time for rectification, and eliminate a one size fits all approach. At the same time, we hope to
strengthen the authority of the law, break down geographical restrictions and hidden barriers in the industry, and
effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of private enterprises. I believe that with the continuous
support and optimization of national policies, the private economy will usher in a broader development space, and
the ERA Plastic Industry Group will continue to forge ahead and contribute to the high-quality development of the
economy.
The nine core production bases, seventeen smart factories, and over twenty wholly-owned (controlling) subsidiaries
in China have formed a network system that covers the whole country and radiates globally. The spring breeze of
the symposium blows across the land of China, and all subsidiaries once again ignite their enthusiasm for innovation
and practical work. The ERA New Media Center has specially planned to invite the "leaders" of multiple subsidiary
companies to discuss development and draw blueprints.
