ERA shares' first PE1600 solid wall pipe production line was successfully tested
In recent years, the market demand for ultra-large diameter water supply and drainage pipes has been growing.
At the end of 2023, under the planning of the headquarters leaders,
ERA Co., Ltd.'s first and the largest PE1600 three-layer solid wall pipe production line in the country was introduced in a timely manner,
and it was chosen to settle in Anhui ERA, which fully reflects the headquarters' trust and high hopes for Anhui ERA.
Set sail again and prepare for the battle in June. At 8 am on June 3, 2024, Anhui ERA ushered in a joyful and meaningful important day.
The first workshop held the trial production of ERA Co., Ltd.'s first PE1600 solid wall pipe. Ji Xiong, general manager of ERA Co., Ltd., Zhang Yunfei,
director of the production management center, Xu Yijiong, deputy chief engineer, Duan Hongwen, director of the material control center,
leaders of the Anhui ERA General Manager's Office,
and several executives of equipment manufacturers witnessed the highlight moment of the company's development together!

As the first finished pipe was slowly cut out, the ERA people present welcomed the most exciting moment together - the successful test run.
Everyone at the scene applauded and was extremely excited. Amidst the warm applause and good wishes,
the first PE1600 solid wall pipe test run of ERA Co., Ltd. was successful!
This also marks that ERA Co., Ltd. has opened a new chapter in the field of large water supply pipelines!

On May 19, upon receiving the notification of the new equipment entering the factory,
the power department's electromechanical team immediately convened an internal meeting to formulate an implementation strategy for the equipment,
including the overall installation plan, the budget time for equipment installation, and safety protection for equipment installation.
The project was officially launched. Faced with tight schedules and complex processes,
the power department team was not afraid of the difficulties in front of them, and repeatedly communicated with
the team members of the first workshop and communicated with the equipment supplier many times.
Where there is a will, there is a way, and the equipment installation was completed efficiently within 10 days.
If you want to do your work well, you must first sharpen your tools. After all the equipment was in place on May 25, the production,
power and other related departments immediately reversed the installation schedule
according to the time nodes arranged by the general manager's office meeting and strictly enforced the division of labor.
Everyone broke down the daily work tasks into points and assigned tasks to people.
The managers of the power department and production department stayed on the front line,
and the director of the first workshop led the employees to work overtime without any effort,
and continued to fight until midnight!
At 9:30 am on May 31, 2024, in the office of a workshop, Mr. Shi presided over a discussion meeting on the preparatory work before the trial of
the PE1600 water supply pipe production line. The participants included Mr. Shi, Zhang Lin, Chu Jun, Yu Weihua, Hu Liangliang, Zheng Falin,
Liu Heping, Gui Minfei, Huang Qingsong, Yu Xiaoming and 13 other personnel from the equipment manufacturer. Meeting discussion:
1. The trial time is scheduled for 8 am on June 3 (Monday).
2. The products for this trial are φ1600*1.0MPa and φ1600*1.25MPa.
3. The heating time will start at 6:00 am on June.The heating steps will be determined by the equipment manufacturer and the insulation time will be 24 hours.

At 23:00 on June 1, the last auxiliary machine "freezer" in the production line was successfully installed.
The equipment installation was satisfactory and could be perfectly delivered to the workshop for testing!
The equipment installation was time-sensitive and the task was heavy, and the parts were complex and large.
Even the equipment manufacturer found it incredible that the installation was completed in just one week, and they sighed:
ERA people are meticulous and work hard, which is worth learning! ERA people are sincere and united, and their superb skills are worth praising.
During the startup process, the leaders went to the workshop to conduct safety inspections and communicate matters of concern,
ensuring that every link is based on safety, which built the first line of defense for the smooth progress of the test.
At the same time, for on-site installation matters, they communicated with the responsible persons in advance,
solved problems in a timely manner, and ensured a smooth test.
On the morning of June 13, 2024, after the new specification test was successfully completed, General Manager Zhu organized a summary meeting.
The participants included Deputy General Manager of Finance Xu, Manager Chu of the Production Department,
Manager Chen of the Production Department, Manager Yu of the Technical Department, Manager Shi of the Quality Control Department,
Manager Huang of the Lean Safety Office, and the director and technicians of the first workshop.
General Manager Zhu made the following summary of the hard-won success of the test:
