On the morning of January 21, 2024, ERA's 2024 Operations Work Conference was grandly held at the Grand Theater of ERA's Huangyan headquarters.

The conference comprehensively reviewed and summarized the company's operation and development in 2023, and carried out strategic deployment

and comprehensive mobilization of the company's development goals, ideas and measures in 2024. Lu Zhenyu, chairman of ERA Co., Ltd., delivered an important speech

at the conference, vice chairman Zhang Yichen read out the advanced commendation document, and general manager Ji Xiong made a 2024 operation report

on behalf of the operation and management team.

This meeting was chaired by Zhang Xiankang, assistant to the chairman of ERA Co., Ltd., and was attended by a total of 175 people including members of the

company's operation and management team, cadres at or above the vice president level of each subsidiary, and heads of various lines at the headquarters.

At the beginning of the meeting, Zhang Yichen read out the "Decision on Commending Advanced Collectives and Advanced Individuals in 2023",

encouraging all employees to follow the advanced as an example, learn from the advanced, catch up with the advanced, and surpass the advanced,

and make greater contributions to the company's sustainable, stable and healthy development contribute.

On behalf of the company's operation and management team, Ji Xiong made a 2024 operation report to the participants. He comprehensively summarized

the company's work and achievements in 2023, objectively analyzed the existing deficiencies, and proposed that relevant functional centers and departments should increase

their sense of urgency and come up with feasible methods to solve and improve them.

To this end, General Manager Ji has put forward the overall work ideas and requirements for 2024. On the new journey and new starting point, through the group-wide,

all-round, and all-staff linkage, we will focus on key points and targeted efforts to achieve the comprehensive goals of AD's various undertakings. Evolve and strive unremittingly!

Subsequently, Lu Zhenyu and Ji Xiong signed the 2024 business target responsibility letter and the comprehensive safety target management responsibility letter

with the heads of each subsidiary respectively.

Lu Zhenyu reviewed the gains made in various tasks in 2023 from the two aspects of "goal breakthroughs and capability breakthroughs", and pointed out that

2024 is a year in which the political environment will continue to be optimized and the economic development situation will pick up for the better.

All cadres and employees must seize opportunities, proactively adapt to changes, and develop the ability to fight tough battles and win them.

2024 is the "year of evolution" for the company. In his speech, he took the African lungfish as an example and proposed the work requirements of "turning abnormality into normalcy,

turning adversity into prosperity, turning resistance into motivation, and turning passivity into initiative", and pointed out that
