On February 27, Chongqing ERA held a kick-off meeting for the "Team Quality Evolution and Improvement" activity with the theme of
"Full Participation in Quality, Zero Duplication of Issues". The meeting was chaired by Zeng Hao, deputy manager of the production department.
Xu Jianhua, general manager of the company, attended the meeting, and production manager Jiang Yanping, Technical Department Manager Chen Dongliang,
Quality Management Department Manager Zhou Bin, and workshop directors and team leaders attended the meeting.
The meeting affirmed the achievements made by the company's team building in recent years. The meeting emphasized that strengthening team building
is a long-term strategic task. The entire company must unify its thinking, improve ideological understanding, face up to current problems and shortcomings,
further clarify goals and tasks, comprehensively improve the quality management atmosphere, and identify and control the production process. Key quality control points,
reduce quality hazards in the production process, continuously improve the company's team building level, and promote the company's high-quality development.

Production manager Jiang Yanping put forward four requirements：
The purpose of this activity is firstly to solve the risk points in quality control, and secondly to promote the transformation of all employees' quality control awareness from
"I want to do well" to "I want to do well".
1. The workshop director should do a good job in implementation and guidance, and use class meetings to share proposals with employees to achieve
a good atmosphere of full participation;
2. Team leaders must dare to take on responsibilities and improve their ability to identify, analyze, solve and prevent problems through activities;
3. Strengthen employee quality hazard identification and awareness training, and enhance the quality risk awareness of all employees;
4. Administrators at all levels should pay attention to stubborn problems in the process and provide guidance for subsequent improvement training.
