Chen Xiaobing fulfills his mission with his original intention and fulfills his responsibilities with ingenuity. In the "Craftsman's Journey",
Chen Xiaobing relied on his pure ingenuity to focus on the front line of ERA and focused on practicing benchwork skills.
He started as an ordinary benchwork and worked there for 12 years.
In 2014, Chen Xiaobing led a team to take on the important task of transforming the mechanical conveyor chain in the workshop.
In order to overcome the design problems, he shuttled through the 6,000-square-meter factory every day
and finally proposed an innovative design of the conveyor chain. This alone saved the company more than 2 million yuan in costs.

In addition to deeply cultivating the front line and overcoming difficulties in traditional technologies, Chen Xiaobing also actively explores automation technology
and helps ERA build an automated demonstration workshop. By streamlining workshop personnel and promoting the installation of automation equipment,
Chen Xiaobing achieves a huge improvement in production efficiency. Not only that, as the leader of the provincial "Skills Master Studio",
he also regularly organizes studio members to learn technical and theoretical knowledge, actively "teaches advice",
and cultivates batches of outstanding technicians in the "radiation wave" model

It is understood that the "new eight-level" system is an upgrade of the current vocational skill level system for skilled talents.
On the basis of the "five-level system" for technicians, apprentices are added at the lower level, and special technicians and chief technicians
are added at the upper level. Personnel hired to the position of special technician will enjoy the same treatment as those
with senior professional titles.
