This year’s “ERA Dream Day” is of great significance. Our dream day meets in our fortieth year. "Forty" has many special meanings. In traditional Chinese culture, the ancients often said that "forty is no doubt", which means that only when a person is 40 years old can he truly understand the true meaning of life and see and firm his path and goals; in Western culture, "forty" symbolizes “Patience, perseverance and victory.” Today, "ERA's Forty" is about looking back on the past, learning from the past, and learning about the future. It is about running to create dreams and growing enthusiastically.

Looking back on the 40 years of ERA, we have strong faith and have walked together on the journey. In 1983, ERA came into being in response to the call of the times. From plastic household products to green plastic building materials, to the industrial extension of photovoltaic new energy and smart equipment... We started as a pathfinder and moved forward, depicting ERA's striving attitude with ever-extending marginal lines.

Over the past 40 years, we have plunged into the tide of the times, taking root in our homeland, traveling north and south, and sailing overseas. We have developed from a family-style workshop on the south side of the Huangyan Ring Road to nine core production bases, 16 wholly-owned subsidiaries, and more than 80,000 customers worldwide. As a large-scale enterprise with sales outlets, we grow together with the high-quality development of the Chinese economy, and use coordinates to outline the upward curve of China's economic take-off.

Looking back on the 40 years of ERA, we have the same intentions and act with gratitude. We know very well that every milestone development of ERA in its forty-year journey is inseparable from the efforts and contributions of every employee and every partner, as well as the support and trust from all walks of life, let alone opportunities given by national development. "Becoming a creator of a happy life" is not an empty talk, but the original intention and persistence of every "ERA person".

Looking to the future, we will continue to pursue our dreams and move forward. This is an era dominated by chance and full of uncertainty. Fringe political uncertainty, market uncertainty, supply chain uncertainty... we are unable to accurately estimate and predict all of this. But even the craziest chance has inevitability and certainty. "Continuous change is the trend, never changing is the essence." However, if we want to grasp the essence amidst changes and grow with determination, we can only become a deterministic force in realizing the "ERA Dream" by constantly "breaking through", madly "evolving", and building our own rigidity.

Know the shortcomings and forge ahead, look at the distant mountains and move forward. Hibernating in the cold winter is for the spring to return to the earth; sleeping for a long night is for the brilliant dawn; climbing the peak is for the infinite scenery. At this moment, we have reached the time to set off again. The next time may not necessarily be sunny and sunny, or spring flowers may be blooming immediately, but confusion and fear, or even lying down and escaping, are definitely not options. Just like seeds look forward to spring, our soil will not dry up; just like stars look forward to the dawn, our light will not dim; just like travelers look forward to the peak, our pace will not slow down.
