1. Beautiful appearance and convenient installation; The product is white, soft in color and beautiful in shape; Smooth inner and outer walls, small fluid resistance
2. Good integrity and reliable quality; It is integrally processed with imported raw materials, and the interface is not easy to crack and leak. 3. During the opening and closing process, the friction between the valve disc and the valve body sealing surface is smaller than that of the gate valve, so it is wear-resistant.
4. The opening height is generally only 1/4 of the valve seat channel, so it is much smaller than the gate valve;  
5. Generally, there is only one sealing surface on the valve body and disc, so the manufacturing process is better and it is easy to maintain;  
6. The filler is generally a mixture of asbestos and graphite, so the temperature resistance is high. Generally, stop valves are used for steam valves.

Specification:

PPR pipe has a smooth inner surface, thus not letting any calcification to happen inside the pipe.

PPR is very economically placed in comparison to most of the alternative piping system.

PPR has been designed and produced as a piping system for hot and cold water supply as well as for heating applications.

Scope:  PPR pipes and fittings are suitable for hot and cold water transfer in buildings, underfloor and central heating systems. They can also be used for air ducts in industry and agriculture.

We produce PPR Pipes in 3 Pressure rating i.e. PN 10, PN 16, PN 20 and size from 16mm to 160mm and standard length is 4 mtr. However, length can be customized on volume requirements.

ERA’s PPR is the ideal and above all cost-effective solution for piping installations in schools, hospitals, hotels, office blocks as well as in fields of modular construction.

System:  This raw material is recommended for the production of pressure pipes including potable water transfer lines, hot and cold water transfer lines, floor heating and also for chemical industry application.

PPR systems are available in a wide range of pipes sizes and fittings from 16mm to 160mm.
