PVC is suitable for use at temperatures from 0ºC to 60ºC at a wide range of operating pressures, depending upon the system chosen. It is lightweight and easy to install, using cold solvent welded joints which require no special tools.
Durapipe PVC-U is a solvent welded, fully matched pipework system
incorporating pipe, fittings and valves that is available in both imperial
and metric sizes.
The dimensions of our fittings comply with ISO1452 standards, while many of our products meet other standards as well, including British, ASTM and Thai.
Pipe and fittings shall be manufactured from virgid PVC(polyvinyl chloride) vinyl compounds.
Application
PVC-U has high tensile strength, and high shock strength. The piping networks of PVC-U is not easy to break, and it works safely.
Light in weight PVC-U has excellent resistance to chemicals and abrasion, is tasteless and odourless making it ideal for use with potable water systems and most food products as its extremely smooth bore gives excellent flow characteristics without sediment or deposit.
